Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Critical Role gear, but if something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure fast processing at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
